SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME.

WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ENTERING THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR BANK WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT.

IF A PENDING TRANSACTION APPEARS ON YOUR CARD AFTER A TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED, IT IS ONLY TEMPORARY, IT IS SHOWING THAT YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A TRANSACTION. IT WILL FALL OFF.

FOR PAYPAL AND AFTER PAY TRANSACTION, PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY IF ANY ISSUES ARRISES.

I stand by Be Glammed Beauty Bars 100% Virgin Brazilian Hair and fully commit to providing you not only high-quality raw virgin hair products, but a high-quality shopping and customer service experience.  

 All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of delivery date in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer) For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature.

 

We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items.

 

The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

Be Glammed Beauty Bar LLC reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws.


 

The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.

 

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Domestic Express Shipping is

1 - 2 Business days depending on your location. You must order by 4pm Eastern time zone (ET).

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is

2 - 4 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7 - 10 Business days depending on your location.


 

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 - 72 hours processing period (up to 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This excludes express shipping which is 1-2 business days, if ordered by 4pm Eastern time zone (ET). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends nor holidays.

Once your processing period clears, your ORDER'S business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided.

Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system.

 PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.


 

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday

 (EXCLUDING holidays). Currently, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays, or holidays.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. 

In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details.

Once you have placed your order, we will not be able to revise or alter any shipping options. 

·We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 

·We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
